Shiga Foreigner Consultation Center

The Shiga Consultation Center for Foreigners has been established within the Shiga Prefecture International Association (public interest incorporated foundation) to provide multilingual consultation services for foreigners living in Shiga Prefecture. Please use this service if you know of a foreigner who is having trouble or if you need language support when dealing with a foreigner.

Japanese, English, Portuguese, Spanish,
Tagalog, Vietnamese, Indonesian
※Languages other than those listed above will be handled through the Interpretation Call Center.

[Consultation hours]
Monday to Friday　　10:00 ~ 17:00
※Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and New Year holidays
