Talking to someone may help ease your mind. Anonymous is okay. You can get advice by phone or social media.

What you can do for people who are worried

If you feel that something is different, gently say, "I'm worried about you."
[Connect]
Connect them to someone they can talk to.
[Listen]
Listen carefully to what they have to say. There's no need to rush into giving advice.
[Watch over them]
It takes time for their mind to recover. Watch over them with warmth and compassion.
