Issuance of Food Poisoning Alert
A warning for food poisoning was issued in Shiga (3rd time this year).
Period: From July 26 Friday to August 1 Thursday, 2024
We are in a period favorable to the incidence of food poisoning. We must be very careful with the handling of food "clean, quick, and heating".
[Notes on food poisoning warning]
1.Heat the food well as much as possible, avoid natural water, raw food especially stop eating raw meats.
2.Please heat the food sufficiently so that the center of the food temperature becomes 75 C or more
3.Keep in mind own health, let 's wash the hands frequently before cooking and during cooking.
4.Please keep foods that require refrigerate or frozen without leaving it at nitrogen temperature
5.There is a minimum opening and shutting of the refrigerator, and tidy up the inside of the refrigerator chamber to be efficient cooling.
6.After cooking, cook as much as needed. Let's eat as soon as possible.
7.Keep cookware such as dishes, knives, chopping boards clean at all times.
8.Take-away and home delivery of food, try to quickly eat.
