New welfare medical expenses coupons will be sent

Nagahama City will mail out "Welfare Medical Expense Benefit Vouchers" and "Welfare Subsidy Vouchers for Severely Disabled Elderly, etc." to eligible individuals in mid-July. These will be available from August. If you present these cards along with your health insurance card at a medical institution, you will be eligible for medical expenses subsidies.
If you meet the eligibility criteria below and have not yet been issued a benefit or subsidy voucher, please apply by the end of July.
Please note that if you delay applying, you will not be able to receive benefit vouchers etc. from August.

[Target people]
Those who meet any of the following criteria and whose income does not exceed the specified amount
-Those who have a physical disability certificate from 1st to 3rd grade (part of 4th grade) or a rehabilitation certificate (severe)
-Single-parent households with a child under 18
-Those aged 65 to 74 who are exempt from resident tax
